Thanks for the information, it was something I had considered in such detail. I'd just thought of the checking out the competition for keywords, not necessarily actually looking at the websites and seeing what they have to offer and comparing.
One thing I will do in future is just offer more than competitors, and more quality, that way it'll (hopefully) get people to go for my products and services than my competitors.

Hello! I found your book, "Internet Marketing Glossary - Online Business Dictionary" (3rd edition) scanned and posted at the Internet Archive (www.archive.org/details/InternetMarketingGlossary-OnlineBusinessDictionary). It's listed as Open Source and then Creative Commons license: Attribution-No Derivative Works 2.5 Australia. I'm confused if it can or cannot be used as the inside cover page states "This Glossary is a gift for you. Compliments of Lama Kalla. Thank you for downloading 'The Internet Marketing Glossary'. Please feel free to give it away as a bonus or incentive to help build your own mailing list." while the next page clearly states how it may not be reproduced by any means. Is it possible to post your book as a resource on an e-learning website aimed at ESL students, or it's strictly for personal use? Please let me know. Thank-you.
